In the small village of Holysloot, only ten car minutes from Amsterdam we offer you this Unique house for rent. Ever wondered how it would be to live in a church? This is your chance….

Completely renewed and renovated from the inside, but with the authentic church( built in 1916) details in mind the owners did a great job.

All the windows are double glazed but at the front there are also the charming leaded(coloured) glass windows.

The inside is very spacious and open. The huge and luxurious kitchen is the heart of the house and is situated over the whole ground floor, of course equipped with all needed appliances. The toilet, laundry room, storage, tv and music , kitchen appliances etc. are all hidden in one “box” to save space but specially for the spacious and open/round effect in the house.

At the first floor a bridge is situated which brings you on one side to the sitting/relaxing/study area and on the other side to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

Really a great place to live for people who like to life nearby the city, but like the rest and peace of a smaller town as well. Rent a boat, walk around you are one with the beautiful nature here.

Within 10 car minutes you are in Amsterdam to do some shopping. There are a children day-care and a primary school in the direct neighbourhood. A great restaurant is located within 2 minutes walking distance.

The house is very suitable for couples or small families. Weekly cleaning is included in the rental price.
