The house is located on a unique spot. In the most upscale area of the Netherlands located in the beautiful Gooi and Vecht area.

It has 200 square meters. A modern and bright living kitchen, facing the(back) garden with a small canal at the end. A spacious living room with fireplace and view over the front garden with terrace. Besides the garage there is plenty of space at the (private) driveway to park your car(s). And what about the garden?? You can choose if you like to join the sun at the front( facing South) or the shadow at the back( facing North)of the house. Wooden floors through the whole house and quality carpet in the bedrooms.

There is an extra room at the ground floor, now used as a study room, which also can be used as the 4^th bedroom. Upstairs 2 double and one single bedroom.

 

Lay out: long private driveway, hallway, toilet, bright living with fire place, half open living kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, freezer, fridge, large stove, proper oven and steam oven, entrance to the gardens from the living, the kitchen and the front door, access to the from the kitchen(and outside) garage and storage(wine) in the basement of the garage, extra room now used as study, stairs to 1^st floor

In this area the Amsterdam rich merchants of the golden 17th century used to build their summer palaces. The area is very green and culturally very rich. Nowadays the river is used for pleasure and tourist purposes only. In the day time one can visit Amsterdam (only 15 car minutes) while at night having diner at the river, sailing the river or having a dip in it. Also the area is known for its excellent biking and hiking possibilities. Amsterdam does not have to be described. With all its museums, shops, restaurants, parks, crazy people and fun. But the medieval city of Utrecht (15 car minutes) is also very beautiful. The village itself (VREELAND) is every year on the list of most beautiful villages (and most desirable place to live) of Holland. Being so peaceful and quiet and safe yet so close to Amsterdam. It is really a postcard village. Everything is done walking here; the supermarket, bus stop, primary school are all within a couple of minutes walking distance. Your children can play safely in the street here. Or at the school yard which is close.
